We’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. To make a return, please follow the guidelines below:

 

Return Guidelines:

  1. Order Number: All returns require the original order number, which can be found on your invoice under the Confirmation Number.

  2. Invoice Form: Include the invoice form from the package you received.

  3. Condition: Products must be returned in new and unused condition, with the shrink wrapping still intact.

  4. Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

  5. US Fulfillment Returns: If returning to our US fulfillment center, email us at support@bestself.co to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, or a prepaid return label.

  6. RMA Number: Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the return package. Orders without an RMA number may be returned to the sender.

 

Returns & Refunds:

  • Unused Products: Products that are unused and in original condition can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

  • Refund Process: Refunds will be issued minus the shipping cost.

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the returned product arriving at our fulfillment center and being inspected.

  • All digital download sales are final and cannot be refunded.

 

Return to Sender (RTS) Orders:

For orders that are returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect the package, we will process a refund for the product(s) once the item is received back at our fulfillment center. However, shipping costs are non-refundable in these cases, as the shipping service was fulfilled.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

Please note, products received by BestSelf Co. in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be refused:

  • Products not purchased directly from BestSelf.co (for Amazon or third-party purchases, please return them through the original platform).

  • Products that show signs of tampering, customization, or alteration.

  • Physically damaged products.

  • Used products.
